Impero world

What’s new?

Together with KPMG Acor Tax, we have developed a tax control framework that will provide your company with a strategic overview of tax risks, including an illustration of effects of mitigating actions and activities. It is automated to ensure that delegated controls are easily performed, documented and reported, and includes a reporting dashboard with monitoring of tax controls. Click here to learn more about our tax control framework solution.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could fit frameworks such as COSO and COBIT into one solution? With the latest release of our risk module, you can now adopt your preferred frameworks to Impero. The risk module offers an easy but powerful way of visualizing your company’s processes and related risks. By mapping controls to risks, you will gain valuable insights and an overview on how well your company’s risks are covered. Book an online demo here to get an introduction to our risk module.

We are enhancing our reporting module, through Impero already provides valuable real-time statistics such as on-time submissions rates per entity, process or even responsible. With our next release, we are applying in-depth analysis to our reporting engine. This will allow our customers to create reports showing control effectiveness, aggregated assessment ratings, or control deviances. All this laid out on the preferred dimension e.g. entity, region, process, control owner etc. Book an online demo here to learn more about our reporting module.
